Your test shows my sample contains hardness while a competitor’s kit shows my water is soft.

AquaPhoenix hardness test kits are sensitive to hardness as low as 0.2ppm. Many competitor’s kits only respond to hardness down to 2ppm. Although another kit may make it appear you have soft water, most likely your water has between 0.2 – 2ppm of hardness.
